Description:
HOLLAND & HOLLAND ROYAL, Single Trigger, self opener with hand detachable sidelocks in 20 gauge. This is a grouse and quail hunters perfect gun. It was manufactured in 1959. It has beautiful Holland & Holland full coverage scroll engraving with 26" barrels that are choked 1/4 & 1/2 with 2-3/4" chambers with bright and shiny bores. The gun has a standard game rib and automatic single selective ejectors. This gun is labeled a "Single Trigger" gun on the bottom. It does have nicely figured wood on both the beavertail forend and the pistol grip stock that have some hunting experiences. The length of pull over the leather covered recoil pad is 14". The drop at the comb is 1-1/2" and the drop at the heal is 2-3/8". The gun weighs just 5 lbs. 13 oz. The H & H comes in its fine leather, toe under, case with over straps and some accessories. 96% blueing and wood finish, Tight upon opening indicating that it has been shot little.
