Description:
The HK® VP9 Tactical Semi-Auto Pistol stands out with a hammer-forged barrel with threaded muzzle and suppressor-height sights. Optics cut accepts most red-dot sights using optional adapter plates (sight and plates not included). Molded finger grooves in the front of the pistol's grip position the operator's hand for optimal shooting. The pistol extractor also functions as a loaded chamber indicator with a red insert at the back of the firing pin indicating if the firing pin is cocked or un-cocked. The consistent VP trigger features a short, light take-up with a positive wall and crisp break followed by a short positive reset. Proprietary captive flat recoil spring helps reduce the recoil, improving shooter control during rapid firing and prolonging component service life. Use the extended Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 rail to mount a wide variety of lights, laser aimers, and other accessories. High-carbon steel slide comes enhanced with a corrosion-resistant nitrocarburized finish. Other details include ambidextrous controls, front and rear slide serrations, cold hammer forged barrel with polygonal bore profile, and a polished feed ramp.
