Description:
Serial #513688, .32 ACP, 3 3/4" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1933-made, Type IV pistol that has retained 92-95% of the original bright blue commercial finish that has silvered at the muzzle, along the high edges and projections, and also has some scattered specks of plum-brown freckling. Matching numbers are present on the frame and slide. The checkered, walnut grips are in fine shape, with only some minor handling marks and some flattening of the points, mainly towards the butt on either side. A single original two-tone magazine is included. The pistol is accompanied by a 2023-dated Colt Factory Letter that lists it as one of five such pistols shipped to the John B. Varick Co. of Manchester, NH, on June 6, 1933. This is a very handsome pistol, and is in veru good plus-fine condition FFL or C&R
