The blade retains 90%+ of bluing which is lightly oxidized and nick free. All the US proof marks are correct on one side of the ricasso with the flaming bomb, US, UFH and 1942. The guard retains almost all of it's finish with signs of light oxidation and a bump or two. The black plastic handles are tight and is fine condition with a small gouge on one scale, the functioning tab next too the guard works perfectly releasing the bayonet from the scabbard and rifle.
