Description:
This is a beautiful AYA No 2 Deluxe Sidelock with 28" barrels that are choked Full & Modified. The gun is NEW/UNFIRED in its factory box. Included in the box is the production certificate listing the date (September of 2013), the serial number (265), the gauge, the chamber length, the bore diameter and the barrel weight. The owner's manual is also included. The chambers are 2-3/4" and it has double triggers, a straight grip, splinter forend, and it weighs 6 lbs. 5 oz. The length of pull is 15" LOP to a neatly checkered butt. The drop at the comb is 1-1/2" and the drop at the heel is 2-3/8". It is a neutral cast. The action has hand detachable lock plates, deep bold acanthus scroll engraving with game birds on both sides; a decoying duck on the left side and a woodcock in flight on the right side. The wood is nicely figured with the best hand oil finish. Its current retail, according to The Blue Book of Gun Values is over $10,100.
