Description:
This autoloading rimfire rifle is a Remington Arms Model 241 "The Speedmaster" chambered in .22 Long Rifle. It has a fixed brass bead front sight, an adjustable v-notch rear sight, an original Remington metal butt plate with a tube magazine loading port, and a push-button safety selector switch forward of the trigger guard. The 241 is a John Moses Browning design, and the Browning SA-22, which is still sold, is nearly identical to it. The bluing finish is thin overall, but there are no signs of rust, freckling, or pitting. The wood shows some handling wear, scratches and marks overall, but no cracks are observable. .22 Long Rifle
