Here is one for the Collectors this 1873 US Springfield Trapdoor 45-70 was made in the last run in 1893 March . This was the very last production of this gun . By S.N. she was made in the last 3rd or 4th week of March 1893 . Has built in Bayonet and Cartouche on stock 1893 Gun is in good shape . All QC marks are on the gun. Model 1884 on gun. ( Jan. thru Mar. 1893 ) in Jan. their production S.N. Started with 558,123 then Mar. Last S.N. was 563,562 . ((( NOW IN 1893 APRIL - JUNE THEY MADE 4,320 CADET RIFLES ))) SO THE LAST US SPRINGFIELD 45-70 WAR GUNS WERE THE LAST SN WAS 563,562
