Description:
Selling my (Rare) Perazzi Grand American 1 Special ( MX-8 Special) 34" Unsingle with left hand cast stock (No palm swell) with 14 1/2" LOP and Release/Pull trigger.
The gun and wood are original and numbers matching, the trigger is NOT.
I DO NOT have the matching Over/Under barrel to this gun. Comes with spare parts kit, extra chokes, choke wrenches, slip covers for barrel & action and Red Perazzi Double Barrel transportation/travel case (One of the latches is broken.
Bluing on the barrel is flawless, bluing on the action is excellent. There is a tiny bit of bluing loss on the forearm latch& Iron from handling. The trigger guard shows a bit of freckling otherwise the trigger bluing is excellent and functions perfectly.
The gun was recently serviced and as you can see the lever is way to the right and will be trouble free for a long time to come. The gun needs nothing and is ready to shoot other than maybe getting your own fitted wood.
The bore is marked 18.4 and has not been altered in any way. The barrel seems to be marked 1.700K. (actual weight on my scale is 1.714Kg.) The rib is flat with a small step and is 7x11mm with a factory Red colored front bead and small silver mid bead.
Extra chokes included are Factory Perazzi #6 (.24th.) and#7 (.28th.) with factory wrench along with a Briley Spectrum Titanium Full choke (.35th.) with Briley friction fit wrench.
I have been the owner of this well cared for Perazzi for about the last 15 years and have won many local, state, & regional ATA titles with this shotgun. I now shoot a Perazzi Over/Under and it's time to move this one to a new owner!
