Remington Model 550-1 - Semi - Auto .22 LR Rifle - Smooth one piece pistol grip style stock stock and forend with butt plate in very good condition. 24 In. long barrel with adj. open Marley rear sight and a front bead sight. Receiver drilled for scope. Includes a Tasco 4x32 scope rings and clear lens. Power Piston semi - auto action. Tubular magazine holds 22 Short ,17 Long and 15 LR ammo. Bore is clean and bright. Barrel and receiver are retaining approx. 85% bluing. Stock and forend are in very good condition. The overall condition is very good. Rifle does not appear to have had much use. Includes new soft sleeve. The 550's are known to be extremely accurate shooters. Manufactured from 1946 to 1970. This one was manufactured in 1950. Nice addition to any collection.
