If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

Description:
Mossberg 340BD .22 rifle. Good little shooter. Comes with one magazine and bushnell optic. Rifle shoots good and optic appears to be functioning properly. This would be a good truck or tractor gun. It handles .22 s/l/lr. No issue noted functioning with all three.
