Description:
This scarce little 410 gauge shotgun was never available for sale to the general public. It was only offered as a premium to Marlin Company Stockholders. It is the same frame as the Model 1893 Rifle, but configured as a shotgun. 26 inch round barrel with bead front sight and matted receiver. Smooth action with a bright shiny bore. Original hard rubber buttplate. Low 3-digit serial number. Receiver possibly lightly polished and freshened up retaining nice sharp corners and turning a dark gray patina. Wood is nice and solid with a chip in the toe. Possibly replaced forearm. These scarce little guns were made from 1929-1932!
