This is an original Model 1851 Navy revolver. It was made in 1857 and is in the serial number range of pistols sold to the U.S. Govt and sent West to troops protecting the forts and settlers. The gun is very solid and tight. The single action works great on full or half cock. The cylinder spins freely at half cock. All serial numbers match. Both grips show holster wear. The left grip is worn where the Cartouche was. Shipping is $35.00 to the lower 48, via USPS priority mail and includes tracking and insurance. AL, CA, HI, OR, and WA, pay $55.00. Money back if not satisfied with the buyer paying the return shipping.
