Description:
Offered is a 412S Valmet Over/Under double barrel 30-06 rifle with an additional 12 Gauge shotgun barrel. This is a quality firearm set made in Finland with a brushed nickel receiver, single selective trigger, shotgun type safety on top of receiver, rifle sights, and barrel cocking indicators. Condition is excellent, see photos of firearm, barrels, scope and mount, accessories, and luggage case.
The combination set receiver and forend fits the express rifle and 12-gauge shotgun barrel correctly. The 412S shotgun barrel is 26 inches long with 7 interchangeable chokes and a factory Valmet choke tube wrench. It is a 76mm barrel, so it accommodates both 3” and 2-3/4” shells, has a vent rib, sling swivel, and center barrel and muzzle beads. The rifle barrels are 23-1/2 inches and can be regulated by removing the forend and adjusting to your ammo at the range. Both the rifle and shotgun are factory milled for a detachable Valmet scope mount. One scope mount and scope are included, along with a European leather sling for two-piece takedown and storage.
The 30-06 barrels have been adjusted nicely with factory Federal 150 and 180 Grain cartridges with the included Millett scope and Valmet take-down scope mount. They may require minor adjustments for your chosen ammo – small adjustments are the key to proper rifle barrel regulation.
Along with the Gun-Ho combination two lock padded case I have the choke tubes, wrench, extra stock spacers, European sling, takedown scope mount, Millet scope, and 30-06 and 12 Gauge snap cap sets.
Shipping only to an FFL from a private individual. Please check first as if it is required to ship from an FFL, that is a part of Buyers shipping costs. Buyer to pay all shipping costs which is based on the location, carrier, dimensions and weight. USPS Priority Mail and Fedex are the available options unless you are a local Texas resident and can provide proof of residency and arrange to pick up in person. Insurance is recommended but is the option, cost, and risk of the Buyer. Note: firearm combination set will ship in the lockable hard case found in the attached photos and packed within another box.
