Ithaca Model 72 Saddlegun - Lever Action Repeater .22 LR Rifle - Western Carbine walnut stock and forend with butt plate in excellent condition. 18.5 In. long barrel with open adj. rear sight and a ramped hooded front bead sight. Tubular magazine will hold 21 Short, 17 Long and 15 LR ammo. Receiver is grooved for scope. Includes a period correct like new Bushnell Sportview scope with Weaver see- thru rings , lens protectors and a clear lens. Bore is clean and bright. Barrel and receiver are retaining 100% bluing. Stock and forend are in excellent condition with minimal handling marks. Lever action is smooth and crisp, like new. New soft s;leeve included. Overall condition of this rifle is like new. Does not appear to have been fired much. Receiver, firing chamber and bolt are like new. Manufactured in West Germany from 1973 to 1978. Collector quality.
