Description:
Offering for sale this Les Baer Thunder Ranch Special, Hillsdale vintage circa 2002. Sad to be parting with this one, it was my first 1911 (and my first idiot scratch), I thought it would last forever. This came to me last fall 2022. After TLC and a fresh set of springs, it runs very well with 7-round Wilson magazines. Unknown round count before me (but looks to be kinda high), I have put about 800-900 rounds through. Finish has some marks, but fit and function are very good, typical Les Baer tight. The accuracy is excellent, the pistol shoots better than I do. Four 7-round Wilson mags will come with this pistol. A fresh set of night sights were added recently. I did not receive the original luxo case (aka cardboard box), but it will come with a custom-made (by me!) Les Baer badged soft case. Currently sporting simple Esmerelda cocbolo standard thickness grips on Challis hex bushings, I can swap these to the original thin grips and bushings. Shipped my FFL to yours. Payment options of PayPal FF, Venmo, Zelle, discrete with no notes. Bank cashiers check is also acceptable, shipment after check clears my bank
