Serial #142353, .38 S&W, 3 ?? inch barrel with a bright, near excellent bore. This is the Smith & Wesson Safety Hammerless 4th Model manufactured from 1898-1907. The nickel plated double action only revolver, all matching numbers, is in excellent condition retaining about 90-94% of the original bright finish with tiny patches of flaking on the frame, cylinder and lower grip strap. The hard rubber grips correctly numbered to the gun are in excellent condition with light use marks. It locks up tight and functions properly. FFL or C&R $695 (15878 B43 P735 $400)
