**SOLD**This is an excellent example of a Walther Sportmodell Meisterbuchse Target Rifle, chambered in .22 LR. It is all matching and has the proper Nitro proofs. It has the unique factory adjustable rear sight that slides up and down the barrel on dovetails. This Walther Sportmodell Meisterbuchse Target Rifle is fitted with a 25 1/2 inch heavy barrel (grooved for sights and/or scope mounts), grooved receiver, checkered steel trigger guard, checkered walnut pistol grip stock fitted with a black hard rubber pistol grip cap & checkered black hard rubber butt-plate, ramped post front sight, adjustable rear sight, is blue finished, and chambered in .22 LR.. Rifle is also fitted with sling swivels and a brown leather sling. This late 1930's vintage rifle is in excellent original condition, retaining 96-98% original blue, with minor high edge wear/thinning over-all. The stock is in very fine condition, retaining most of its original finish, with assorted minor handling marks/pressure dents (some repaired on the top of the stock near the butt-plate). The bore is bright, with sharp rifling, and the action functions perfectly. CURIO & RELIC
