MARLIN 39A PRE- SAFETY, BALLARD RIFLING, 22-S,L,L/R. 24 inch barrel, TASCO SCOPE, Serial number E214XX, manufactured 1948. LOOK AT THAT EXTRA DELUXE CHECKERING ON THIS STOCK. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT DELUXE CHECKERING EXCEPT ON HIGH GRADE RIFLES. This rifle is in at least 97% condition overall.Shipping will be a flat rate of $75.00 shipped to your FFL dealer from me with a copy of my driver's license. If your FFL dealer will not accept it from an individual and it has to go FFL to FFL dealer, please add $30.00 for this service. I must have emailed a copy of your FFL's license sent to me before it can be shipped. This is your respaonibility. Insurance will be avaliable for purchase at the rate of $1.80 per hundred if wanted to purchase. Payment must be made by USPMO, Bank Certified Check or Bank Money Orders ONLY. NO other forms accepted. Payment must be received within 10 days of the closing or the item will be relisted. All items are being sold out of my personal collection.
