Perfectly sized for a smaller-framed shooter, the Savage Arms® Axis® XP Compact Bolt-Action Rifle with Scope in Muddy Girl® Camo features a durable synthetic stock, and a matte-black-finished carbon steel 20" barrel that's button rifled for on-target accuracy. The Axis XP comes with a factory-mounted and bore-sighted Bushnell 3-9x40mm scope. A silky-smooth bolt and detachable 4-round box magazine provide uncompromised reliability. A 2-position tang safety is easy to reach with the shooter's thumb. Sling swivel studs allow you to carry the rifle with a sling and/or attach a bi-pod to the fore-end, and a rubber recoil pad enhances comfort while shooting.
