Description:
This Post-War (Third Model) 1948 revolver is a Smith & Wesson K-22 Masterpiece chambered in .22 LR. It has a Patridge front sight, micro click adjustable rear sight, 6" pinned barrel, checkered walnut stocks with S&W monograms and diamond around the screw escutcheon, 6-groove forestrap and backstrap, checkered hammer, and matching serials on the butt, the barrel flat, the cylinder, and behind the star extractor. The bluing is in overall very good condition, with some loss at the muzzle and along the barrel and on some of the sharp edges on the metal. Checkered walnut factory Magna grips rate in excellent with no noticeable chips, cracks or scratches. .22 Long Rifle
