Description:
This Winchester Model 70 XTR was manufactured in 1979 and remains in very good overall condition with an excellent bore. Wood is solid with good finish but shows scratches and dings all over. Buttstock appears to have been shortened with chipping and flaking around edge. Buttplate has a chip missing on right bottom toe. Blue is worn at muzzle and bolt knob with light pitting on top of barrel in front of scope. Sling swivel studs remain solid. No box. Some things get better with age... .270 Winchester
