"1923" dated hex-receiver rifle made at the TULA factory with 29 inch round barrel chambered in 7.62x54R caliber. A very good bore with shine and strong rifling. Has NOT been counterbored at muzzle. Original open sights. Most all strong blue is remaining after the refurbishment. Has 6-line legend including CCCP. All numbers matching. 5 round box magazine floorplate has been force matched. This beauty is fresh out of storage and is still covered in cosmoline. Solid birch stock is in very good condition and shows very little wear. Palm Bay, Fl Import marked. Original cleaning rod is present. Nice functioning action. Includes lots of accessory's. Sling, bayonet, cleaning kit and ammo pouches. A near excellent condition example manufactured in 1923 as a Dragoon and then upgraded to 91/30 standards. These where known to collectors as "ex-Dragoons".
