An excellent original condition Browning A5 Light 12 with factory matted 25.5 inch barrel fixed modified choke manufactured in 1958. All finishes shown are original with no restoration done. This round knob A5 was manufactured with European Walnut in Round Knob long tang configuration with an FN Browning horn buttplate. Metal has most all original blued finish. Perfect bore and chamber, etc. Original purchaser tastefully marked the last 4 digits of his social security number in two places - hard to notice without looking for this (see photos). This is as nice of an original A5 Light 12 from this time frame as we have seen in many years. Fit for another 65+ years of service and since it is original configuration without alteration it will definitely increase in value as time goes on.
