Description: C472 Eddy Stone – 1917 – 30-06 cal. - Stk #C472 This .30-06 Eddy Stone Model 1917 rifle that was manufactured in 1918 and has a 26” tapered round barrel. The metal is in good condition with the exception of sporadic minor pitting throughout. There is no finish on the metal parts. The bore is in good condition with minor frosting throughout. The rifle has a flip up rear sight and a ramped front bead. The receiver has been tapped and mounted with a set of after-market scope bases. The receiver, butt plate, and bottom metal has no finish on them. The Walnut stock is in good condition with the exception of handling and usage marks and features a trap door compartment in the butt plate (empty) for a cleaning kit. After-market sling studs have been installed in the stock. Length of pull is 13-3/8”, overall length is 46-1/4”, and weight is 8.4 lbs. Our stock number is #C472.
