We offer free Shipping for orders over $500. Description: This is a British Pattern 1907 first model made by Enfield in 08/08. The 17" blade is in excellent unsharpened condition with light oxidation and nearly unmarred edge and correct tip with a slight blued line near the ricasso. This crossguard with hooked quillon shows bright and no oil hole. The guard shows signs of normal wear and some oxidation. The handle scales are matched in size with a medium patina with dings and scratches on both sides. The tang and screws have light scattered oxidation. Lastly ending in a functional rifle lug pommel with light oxidation and marked C. G. R. 179. Comes with a correct internal chape, No. 1 Mk I scabbard in very good to excellent condition with most of the finish on the leather intact. SOLD |
