Description:
Colt 1911 A1 Commercial Production- This is the commercial variant of the military 1911 A1 manufactured in 1963. The frame and slide sides have a high polish finish and the top of the slide and underside of frame have a matte finish. There are some typical handling marks on the slide and barely notiecable bluing wear at the muzzle end due to being holstered at some point. There is also the "infamous" slide stop scratch that is not immediately visible. The grips are not original Colt but a very nice pair of ebony stock. This gun does not have the original box or paperwork. Please contact me with any questions or need of additional pictures.
