ITHACA MODEL 37R, 12 GAUGE, 28" SOLID RIB BARREL, 2 3/4" CHAMBER, MODIFIED CHOKE. EXCELLENT BRIGHT BLUE, MIRROR BRIGHT BORE, SINGLE BEAD SIGHT.
SIMPLE ENGRAVING PATTERN - HUNTING DOG, TWO PHEASANTS IN FLIGHT ON RIGHT SIDE. 3 MALLARDS IN FLIGHT ON THE LEFT SIDE. FRAME AND TRIGGERGUARD HAVE VERY GOOD BRIGHT BLUE. BLUE WEAR ON THE SLIDE ARM AND MAGAZINE TUBE.
PISTOL GRIP STOCK, EXCELLENT CHECKERING, SMALL CHECKERED FOREARM. PLAIN GRIP CAP, ITHACA MARKED BUTTPLATE, VERY GOOD WOOD WITH NORMAL HANDLING MARKS IN THE VARNISH, 1 1/2" X 2 5/8" X 14 1/8", 7 POUNDS 15 OZ. MADE FROM 1937 TO 1946, 100% ORIGINAL CONDITION.
