SOLD - SOLD Someone took a standard 722 Remington and put some money in engraving and stock work. It has a pristine bore. Inletted sling swivel bases, Rosewood or Ebony forend cap. Reworked bolt handle. Metal grip cap and Neidner butt plate. Checkering appears to be at least 22 lines to the inch.
These old Remingtons are known for their accuracy. The 722 and 721 rifles were plain as fence posts, but they shot. Sportsmen loved them for what they were and some decided they were well worth dressing up. So, here is one that would cost a lot to duplicate today.
The metalwork is nearly flawless, as is the furniture. The Weaver K-10 has good optics and a fine reticle.
So, a chance to own a piece of American firearm history and something any sportsman can be proud of.
I do not hold an FFL so if your dealer wants the gun shipped from another dealer it will be an extra $25.
