Fabulous Marlin M1893 Engraved, Takedown, 1/2 Octogon, Gold reciever lever and fore end cap. Bright excellent bore, Letter shows shipped to engraver as Action, pistol grip, take-down. on 10 October, 1901
The action is finely engraved with game scene and scroll and gold washed. Pistol grip stock and fore end are Fleur-de-lis carved and checkered.
