The flask has a fine plus body with very tight seams. The flask has a beautiful untouched mellow patina throughout it. The top and spout also have an untouched patina on them. The original spring Is very nice and retains some original color on it. The flask operates very well. This Is A Very Rare Eagle, Shield, & Stars Powder Flask That Was Made For A Sharps Percussion Single Shot Pistol. They Have Also Been Seen In Some Early Percussion Colt Model 1862 Police Revolver Sets!
