*** SOLD For Asking Price *** For Sale is a Winchester 2nd Model 1873 Factory Engraved Saddle Ring Carbine. The receiver features gold plating and has the $5.00 engraving showing a floral pattern with an elk on the left side plate & mountain lion on the right. 20" nickel plated barrel with early carbine sights & full magazine. The fancy stocks fit tight to the frame and have a beautiful grain with no breaks, checks or deep scratches present. Mechanically, everything is in order. The internals are clean and the barrel shows strong rifling with a shiny bore. It was received in the warehouse on October 18, 1880 & shipped October 19, 1880. A letter will accompany this rifle.
