This World War 2 era bolt action rifle is a Zbrojovka BRNO VZ24 chambered in 8 mm. It has a fixed blade with side protectors front sight, a tangent rear ladder volley sight and v-notch, 4 sling loops, a steel butt plate, and still retains the right side Czech stock disc. This rifle's serial number is SR4912, which makes it a part of the Romanian contract for the VZ24 rifles. The metal is in overall fair condition with bluing very thin, and some areas of pitting on the exposed barrel, but with no rust is observable. Likewise, the wood is in fair condition with a crack on the top side forward of the receiver, and throughout the wood shows significant marks and marring. 8mm
