The Smith & Wesson Model 469 is an early model in the Smith and Wesson 59-series. The design was meant to be small enough to conceal, but powerful enough for duty use, similar in a sense to the Glock 19.
These 469‚‚s are pretty well worn with clear signs of holster wear and nicks/dings from daily life on the force.
