Description:
This is a full box, 50 original rounds, of .38-44 S&W Target ammunition manufactured by U.M.C. With 146 grain bullets and 20 grains of powder. The reduced powder load has the bullet loaded inside the case and the side label has a Smith & Wesson endorsement stating they are to be used in S&W target revolvers. The box is now solid with professional repairs to the inside edges and an older tape repair on the outside cover. The primary label has a very nice cartridge cut and shows mild flaking along with some soiling and the side label is fully intact with some minor flaking. The cartridges are in excellent condition. A seldom-seen and short lived caliber.
