I'm selling my collection. An Antique getting scarce Spencer Safety Hammerless made by Maltby Henley & Co (Otis Smith) Hammerless 5 shot Double Action Side loading Revolver, produced 1890s, small quantity only few thousand, it qualifies as an Antique pre-Dec 31.1898, no need of FFL for transfer. Marked on top of a 3" ribbed barrel: "Malby Henley & Co New York. USA Jan. 24.1888 & Oct. 29, 1889." Its distinctive all brass construction barrel, frame and trigger guard all madee integral with only the cylinder of steel classifies this as an American arms oddity, estimated 75% of the total produced were all brass construction (the feature which has made them the most desirable), remaining 25% of the production were all -iron construction. 5 shot fluted cylinder with good timing with 5 clean chambers, good bore with good rifling. The original nickel finish rates 70%. Original black hard rubber grips are good free of crack. Serial number on the butt "106181". As you may guess I haven't shot it, the double action and the cylinder timing function well. It was well kept and preserved.
