Astra M5000 Constable made in 1977, high polish blue in seldom encountered .22LR caliber. Standard configuration with fixed front sight and screw-windage adjustable rear sight. Left side of slide with usual two line address reflecting manufacturer, model, and caliber. 3.5" barrel. No importer marking on slide. Full serial number on the right side of frame. Wood checkered grips, each panel secured with two screws. Correct unmarked magazine. Identically marked to the example shown in Astra Firearms & Selected Competitors on page 487 except in .22LR and with wood grips. Synopsis: Astra M5000 Constable, .22LR, AS NEW Condition: Virtually new with 99+% original, high polish blue and immaculate wood grips. Mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics.
