Here we have a very nice DWM Commercial 1900 American Eagle Luger semi auto pistol in .30 Luger caliber. There is an "American Eagle" from the US Great Seal over the Chamber and the DWM (Deutsche Waffen-und Munitionsfabriken AG) on the toggle link. This particular example is in very good mechanical and physical condition. There is some high edge wear and muzzle wear. Matching numbers, correct magazine and period holster make this a very desirable pistol. There is one small chip on the left grip panel just above the magazine release button but otherwise the crisply checkered grip panels are in outstanding condition and match the serial number. The finish is estimated to be about 90-95%. Frame is marked "Germany" indicating it was exported from Germany. This would be a great addition to anyone’s Luger collection or an excellent way to start a new collection.
