WWII US Postal Meter M-1 Carbine. 18 inch barrel marked Inland 11/43 with flaming bomb 15 round magazine marked "U" .Very Good potbelly stock with markings shown in pics at sling cut, Vintage sling and oiler, Shiny-bore with strong rifling. Rare U marking on Reciever denotes this carbine is one of 50,000 made with Union Switch and Signal subcontracted receivers . Own a fun shooting piece of American WWII history. Made in the USA.
