This is perhaps the rarest of all the Lahti pistol variants with under 500 made during WWII by Hasquarna in Sweden - for Swedish secret service and Dannish resistance. These guns were completely unmarked with serial number being the only identifying feature - a measure taken by the Swedish government to avoid any association with the pistols. All fall into a narrow 500 gun serial range. Reportedly, these were made by Swedes for their secret service and/or for Dannish resistance fighters. Since Sweden remained neutral in WWII, the guns were given a monicker "neutral" as a result.
This particular gun is in mint and probably unfired condition with a serial number falling straight into a reported range for these guns. No import markings. Perfect bore and grips.
A must have gun for a serious Lahti or military pistol collector.
