This is a pre-owned Ithaca Gun Co. 1911 manufactured in 1944. "M 1911 A1 US.ARMY", "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" and a faint Springfield Armory logo are stamped on the right side of the frame, an "FJA" inspection mark and "P" are on the left side of the frame plus "ITHACA GUN CO.. ITHACA. N.Y." is on the left side of the slide and "P" on the top of the slide. .45 ACP
