The early 1880's two piece buff box with green and black labels has a call out for the "New York State Standard" in addition to "Government" standard and is notable for the Double Dog UMC logos on both the top and side. The box is solid with professional repairs to the inside edges and shows some mild age soiling and slight flaking to the labels. The cartridges appear native to the box and are in excellent condition with age splits on several of the rims. A seldom-seen box in very good plus condition. SOLD |
