From 1930 to 1980 they only made about 2900 twenty-gauge guns in all grades, most of them weighing well over 6 3/4lbs., many over 7lbs. To find a Model 21 20ga. that weighs just 6lbs. 5oz. is an event. Anybody who walks long distances in the field appreciates a lighter gun by the end of the day.
