This is a super rare and desirable Arisaka Type 99 sniper rifle from World War II. It is all matching and original with full mum intact! Fitted with an original 2.5x10 Kogaku rifle scope. There is very little actual finish loss on the metal parts, but there is noticeable brown patina under the finish throughout. Minor wear around the muzzle and front barrel band. The wood stock is excellent overall, but there is a crack on the right side of the front handguard. The sniper scope fits a tad loose and wiggles a little bit. The glass in the optics is relatively clear, but there are some tiny, hairl-like cracks that obscure the sight picture. Mint bore.
