This is a beautiful Remington 03-A4 sniper rifle from 1943. It has the original/proper receiver with offset Remington 03-A3 marking to avoid being covered by the scope mounts, and proper barrel as the front sights were never added to original 03-A4 snipers. This one has an excellent commercial Lyman Alaskan scope, which was used at the end of WW2 and into Korea. Scope is in excellent condition with clear optics/reticle. This example has a WW2 replacement stock with an RIA/EB marking on the left face. The buttstock plate is replacement as well. The bolt assembly, trigger guard, receiver, and barrel bands have all been arsenal parkerized. The stock is in great shape with no notable defects.
