Description:
Belgian-made Browning BAR in .30-06. These rifles are a blend of craftsmanship and reliability. The bluing on this rifle is in excellent condition. The sides of the receiver are engraved with a stag decal. The rifle comes with the original Leupold scope and rings, both in very good condition. The wood has a few dings on it, but overall fantastic condition. The Browning BAR is a fantastic choice for any collector or shooter.
The Browning BAR was first introduced in 1967 and has been produced in several models, including the Safari, Long- and ShortTrac, and Lightweight Stalker . The BAR is chambered in a variety of calibers, including .30-06 Springfield . It is known for its reliability and accuracy, capable of shooting 1" inch groups at 100 yards with factory ammo. Later models were assembled in Portugal, but never had the fit and finish of the Belgian guns.
The Leupold scope that comes with the rifle is a popular choice among hunters and shooters alike. It is known for its durability and clarity, making it an excellent addition to the Browning BAR.
