Description:
28 inch Damascus steel barrels with single steel bead sight on the solid rib marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN CONN. DAMASCUS STEEL" chambered in 12 Gauge with 2-1/2 inch chambers. Choked Modified & Improved Cylinder with bright shiny bores. Barrel surfaces are a range of light brown to dull gray showing faint Damascus pattern. Receiver is a dull gray with side plates showing traces of case coloring. Walnut splinter forearm and pistol grip stock with 14” LOP, 1-3//4” DAC & 3” DAH. Parker brothers marked hard rubber butt plate. The Grade 2 was a popular gun for the owner that wanted a gun with more adornment that the average gun and was willing to pay more for a gun that looked better and was well balanced.
