This C Sharps Model 1875 single shot rifle is chambered in 40-70ss with a 26 inch round standard weight barrel. The barrel rifling twist is one in 16 inches with sharp rifling. The action metal color case hardening is quite colorful and nice. As seen in the pictures the rifle sports a very nice grade of walnut with few handling blemishes. The rifle comes with a short to mid range adjustable tang sight paired with Lee Shaver globe front sight with internal spirit level. The rifle is equipped with the single trigger with a crisp let off. The rifle has a paper patch style chamber. Included with the rifle is the set of front sight apertures, buck horn rear barrel sight and the old style hook and eye sling swivels (the sling shown in the picture is not included). The rifle comes with a set of RCBS 40-70 Sharps Straight reloading dies and approximately 100 used cases formed from 405 Winchester brass.
