Description:
This is an excellent condition early DWM German military Luger, made right before WWI, in 1913, and chambered in 9mm Para. The gun is a vet bring back and is a complete set that includes a beautiful 1915 dated holster, a spare magazine and a disassembly tool. The gun retains about 98% of its early DWM blue, with only a hint of high edge wear on the muzzle, and the edges of the rails with a couple of tiny freckles here and there. There is no pitting. The grip straps exhibit almost perfect blueing. All the markings and the imperial proof marks are sharp. The bore is excellent. The grips are in very good shape with a couple of small indentations on the left grip. The gun is all matching except for both correct WWII era magazines. The holster is a rare maker - "Mars, Berlin", marked and dated 1915 under the flap. It is in excellent condition as well with light field wear and no other defects. Original unmarked  DWM disassembly tool is present as well.
This must be one of the best conditioned 1913 dated pre-WWI Lugers with no stock lug out there.
3-days inspection .
FFL or C&R(where legal).
