Description:
1894 Winchester Rifle in 32-40. Manufactured in 1896. Antique and can be shipped directly to your doorsteps. 26" octagon barrel and full magazine retain 70 to 75% original blue. Very nice markings and original sights. I will rate the bore an 8 on a scale from 1 to 10. Receiver retains 80 to 85% original blue. Case colors are still visible on hammer on lever. Both forend and buttstock are in good condition. Forend shows honest wear on the bottom from being in a saddle for periods of time. Tiny piece missing on the left side of forend where it meets the forend cap (see pic). Buttstock shows the normal handling marks, there is a tiny hairline crack coming off the upper tang (I tried to capture it in a picture). The forend cap still retains some nice original blue as well the loading gate showing a fair amount of fire blue. Very minimal. This is just an above average antique 1894 Winchester with some nice condition. Please feel free to ask questions.
