"Bill" Hurt Southwestern Combat Bowie from 5160 tool steel with a 10-1/4" blade by 1-1/2" to 1-3/4" at the widest part, selected curly maple handle with silver wire inlays, German  silver double giard, lareg German silver band, wood-lined brown leather scabbard covered with Kudu skin, leather tip and throat. Made in November 1988, this is knife # 168. Bill Hurt only produce 251 knives in his career. All listed Hurt's knives come with original invoice/receipt and provenance letter. Incidentally this is one of the five knives Bill made to be presented to  the ABS Board in order to obtain his Master Smith ranking.
